A practical next chapter

Your boat has had a life.
Let’s plan what comes next.

Whether upkeep no longer makes sense or the boat can no longer be used, the first step is to understand its condition and the practical options.

How it works

From first enquiry
to an agreed plan.

No two boats are quite the same. A few useful details make the conversation easier.

01

Tell us what you have

Share the boat’s location, length and condition. Photos help us understand the work involved.

02

Discuss the options

We review access, lifting, transport and disposal requirements before confirming the scope and price.

03

Agree the next steps

Once you accept the quotation, the arrangements and any necessary permissions can be confirmed.

LOCAL FOCUS / MALLORCA

One island.
Different situations.

Start with the boat’s exact location.
We’ll discuss what’s possible from there.

Location matters

At a berth.
In a yard.
Ready for a decision.

Tell us where your boat is in Mallorca — for example Palma, Andratx, Alcúdia, Pollença or the east coast. Access and local arrangements will need to be assessed for each job.

How much does boat disposal cost?

It depends on the boat’s size, construction, condition and location. Access, lifting, transport and the materials on board also affect the quotation. See what affects the cost.

Can I enquire from outside Mallorca?

Yes. Send the boat’s location, approximate length and current condition. If someone locally can provide access or photographs, include their role in your enquiry. Do not send identity documents at this stage.

What if my boat is made of fibreglass?

Tell us that the hull is GRP or fibreglass and include its approximate size. Composite hulls need an appropriate disposal route; they cannot simply be treated as scrap metal. The proposed treatment should be clarified in your quotation.

Can you help with a boat that is sunk or grounded?

Start with the exact location and a description of the situation. Recovery requires a separate assessment of access, conditions and permissions. Read about removal and recovery enquiries.

Which documents will I need?

Requirements depend on the boat’s ownership, registration, flag and location. We will need to clarify your authority to arrange the work before proceeding. Any deregistration assistance and disposal documentation must be agreed for your specific boat.
