Website information and quotations

Information on this website is general. The scope, availability and price of any work are confirmed for each boat after assessment. Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract.

The information you choose to share

The enquiry builder asks for your name, a contact method, the boat’s location, type, approximate length, condition and any additional information you choose to provide. Please do not include identification documents, banking information or other sensitive material.

Preparing a message

Preparing an enquiry happens in your browser. It does not itself submit the form to us. If you choose WhatsApp, the prepared message is passed to WhatsApp, where you decide whether to send it. If you choose an email draft, your email application opens and you decide whether to send it. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Responding to an enquiry

Information you send is used to discuss your request, assess the proposed work and communicate with you. Contact us if you wish to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have provided. Enquiry details are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where work is agreed, to perform that contract. Records are retained while necessary to handle the enquiry or work and subsequently for applicable legal obligations or claims. Information is not kept indefinitely for marketing.
